Rah Riley is a strategist, content curator, and project manager. After a decade in magazines and marketing, she now centers her work around climate action, elevating the voices of women and indigenous leaders in the movements for social equity and protection of the planet. Melanie Samay has worked in marketing for over a decade, beginning her career as a coat check volunteer at the Contemporary Jewish Museum. Currently she is the Director of Marketing + Communications at the San José Museum of Art. Samay studied literature + philosophy at Fordham University in New York and received her Masters in literature from San Francisco State University. Previous to the pandemic, she spent her time reading, walking around the city, sitting in the park with friends, and hanging around dark spaces at night listening to loud music. She has a blog about books + book-nerdom called Goth Grammarist. Now she stays at home with her grumpy senior cat named Hermione.
