Does your organization have a multi-year strategy in place, or plans to develop one soon?

A well articulated multi-year financial plan is an integral part of any strategic plan. As a tool, a multi-year financial plan can help an organization plan for the future and adjust to changing realities. In this three-hour hands-on workshop, we will explore the following topics to help bring your multi-year plan to life:

– Connecting multi-year plans to organizational goals and strategies

– Understanding and quantifying key operational cost drivers

– Understanding risk areas and implementing mitigation strategies

– Modeling alternative scenarios.

**Organizations are encouraged to bring multiple team members. This workshop is designed for arts organizations with annual budgets between $50,000 and $2 million.
