Targeted at small nonprofit arts organizations, this workshop will explore common operational challenges that limit capacity for financial analysis and expose organizations to potential risks. We will combine a presentation on best practices in nonprofit finance, with participant discussion, and identify process and technology improvements for more efficient and effective finance operations. Learn to tell your financial story with confidence.

This two-hour workshop is geared toward organizations with annual operating budgets of less than $500,000.

SVCREATES is partnering with Fiscal Management Associates (FMA) to provide this workshop for its grantee organizations. A national provider of technical assistance and professional development to nonprofit organizations, FMA works to guide and support organizations in strategic financial planning and fiscal management.
