At a time when economic uncertainty continues to place pressure on arts organizations, it is critical for leaders to incorporate their organizations’ financial position into strategic decisions.

In this workshop, we will use your financial reports and:

  • Learn to use historical data to inform your annual and strategic plans, connect the past to the future as you chart a course towards long-term financial sustainability.

This workshop is designed for board and staff leadership, management teams, and those with all ranges of financial management experiences.
