An educated and engaged board is critical to the success of any Santa Clara County arts organization. To advance the organization mission, the right board must be gathered and provided with the right training and tools. This hands-on workshop will focus on how to recruit and orient a board that will provide effective governance for an organization and advance the artistic mission.
